Following the earning of its place on The National Register of Historic Places in 1989, the renovation of Bowles Hall was no simple task. Comprehensive renovation began in June 2015 and lasted 14 months. Virtually every inch of the Hall was addressed, resulting in an unparalleled living environment suitable for the 21st century student.

Amenities include:

42 single and 73 double rooms (no triples or quads), each with attached bathroom
On-site food service for all meals, including evening study break
On-site historic library, plus 7 study rooms with white boards and supplies to support individual or small group work
Large, comfortable lounge with grand piano and 150" theater with surround sound
Speakers throughout all common spaces controlled by iPads with Spotify
Ubiquitous high-speed wifi and cable TV
Large game room with billiards, ping-pong, and other games
New washers, dryers, and printers spread throughout the building
